Property Management company has an opening for a full-time maintenance assistant to join residential repair team. Position assists maintenance employees in all facets of residential repair. Should be mechanically inclined. Position would assist in repairing lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, and painting. Good opportunity to receive training in the maintenance field.
