ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains gardens and grounds, including planting, fertilizing, weeding and soil conditioning
Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions
Operate and maintain Sweeper truck
Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment
Keeping up the appearance of Lane Forest Products grounds
Trimming trees, hedges/shrubs, preventingand eliminating weeds
Keeping pathways clear of debris
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience as a groundskeeper or landscape maintenance
Familiarity with sprinkler systems and other landscaping equipment
Knowledge of gardening products such as fertilizers and pest control
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
Ability to work outdoors year round
