NW Industrial is currently seeking General/Production Labor for a numerous positions in and around Eugene, OR. This is a 90-day contract with the possibility of moving to evaluation to hire with some of Lane County’s leading employers that specialized in manufacturing.
What we are seeking:
1+ years of work experience in a production experience in a manufacturing facility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
Practice consistent and robust safety policies.
Great aptitude for learning machinery that is used in processing and production.
Previous experience using hand, and power tools.
Can stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8-to-10-hour shift.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis.
Have great work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.
Work as part of a diverse team.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Springfield, OR
Days: Monday – Friday
Shift: Day Shift, Swing Shift, or Graveyard Shift
Hours: Will vary based on business needs p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Pay Rate: $16.50 to $20.00 DOE
