Easy Flow Gutter Co is a gutter installation and gutter/roof cleaning company that has been in business since 2018. We are a reputable and fast-growing home improvement company specializing in gutter installation and maintenance. We also do pressure-washing, demolition, landscaping, blackberry removal and hauling, among other jobs. We are growing quickly and are looking to expand our renowned team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with owner and office manager regarding job site completion
Managing crew on jobsites
Liaising with property owners and tenants
Following safety protocols
Addressing issues promptly and implementing solutions
Adhering to environmental and safety regulations
Coordinating tasks among team members
Managing equipment and materials on jobsite and warehouse
Checking the work of the crew at every jobsite
Ideal Candidates:
Foreman experience preferred, but not necessary
Gutter experience preferred, but not necessary
Roof installation experience required
Must have a valid driver’s license
Are reliable, punctual and have a good work ethic
Have experience working on roofs/outdoors in inclement weather preferred
Are able to safely and efficiently work on ladders and roofs
Driving a truck with trailer experience preferred
Availability Monday-Friday with some exceptions
