Vintage Underground is seeking a dedicated person to join our team in Facilities Services. We are professional restorers of Vintage European automobiles. We are looking for someone to maintain and clean our facilities. We have three operating locations, one storage facility, and one more facility opening soon, all in West Eugene. We are a team of 30 people, and growing.
This position works in direct coordination with, and reports directly to our Facilities Manager.
Specific Job Duties include:
Janitorial Maintenance of all five locations,
Sweeping and mopping shop floors,
Cleaning dust off of industrial curtain walls,
Cleaning Bathrooms,
Cleaning Breakrooms,
Dust mopping Showroom floors,
Emptying Garbage cans into dumpsters and placing bins outside for collection,
Maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness through the shop,
Tracking / documenting routine janitorial and maintenance tasks,
Other related duties as assigned.
Must have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and adequate transportation to and between each of our locations.
Basic mechanical skills including general familiarity with automotive parts is beneficial.
Additional relevant skills, abilities, and experience:
The ability to lift / carry up to 60 pounds,
Familiarity with modern office software,
The ability to work cautiously yet effectively near fragile and expensive equipment.
