Dental Treatment Coordinator/Front office position

SmileAlive, the office of Dr. Terri Baarstad has an opening for a Front Office/Treatment Coordinator. We are a busy general practice using Dentrix as our software. Responsibilities include checking patients in for their appointments, confirming appointments, presenting treatment plans with insurance benefit breakdowns, scheduling patients, processing payments, and patient communication. Good communications skills are a must with a willingness to be flexible and share duties as this is a second position at our front desk. This is at our Eugene location. Benefit package includes 401K, medical insurance, dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, medical flex account, clothing allowance and holiday pay. We see patient Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
