Requirements/Competencies:
Punctual, responsible and reliable
Working knowledge of POS and reservations systems
Actively promote wine sales and club memberships
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
Energetic and positive person with exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and quickly troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
Two years or more of experience in high-volume tasting room and/or restaurant
Properly perform setup and breakdown and manage side tasks with efficiency
Fastidious about maintaining orderly public and private spaces

Have or ability to obtain a valid OLCC and food handlers card
Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods of time
