Sweets Baker + kneader
You can expect about 3-4 shifts a week for 20-26 ish hours a week.
We are looking for someone that can stick around for at least a year if not longer, so if you are in school, please make sure that your schedule in the Winter will allow you to work mornings 3-4 days per week.
We are looking for an individual to bake cookies, brownies, scones, teacakes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, granolas and more. There are a lot of recipes to learn so this job is usually best suited for someone who knows how to cook or bake. We certainly consider others based on their ability to learn quickly and how well they get along with our crew. So if you don't have experience you are still welcome to apply.
Our sweets baker get here 4:30 am to start mixing doughs and batters. The majority of the sweets and goodies are done by 830 am when you will begin kneading loaves of bread until about 1130am. After kneading is done, you begin prep for the next day and clean up your station.
Base pay during training is $15. tips average $3.5 - $5 per hour. Immediately after training and you are self sufficient you will receive a raise of $.75-$1.5. Additional raises will be based of of merit and tenure at location.
