We are a small local restaurant seeking someone with at least 2 years of professional cooking experience.
-Must have current Food Handler Card
-Must be able to communicate well with co-workers and guests
-Must have attention to detail
-Must be a self-starter and motivated
-Must know and be capable of facilitating proper food temps and cooking times
-Must know proper sanitation practices
-Must be able to look at a prep list and identify high to low-priority tasks> then do it
-Must be able to anticipate and execute "next steps" during a rush
-Must be available for Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts
