Established food truck seeks a caring, skilled and experienced lead who has experience in; food production/kitchen skills, customer service, cash handling/management, food safety guidelines, and inventory management. Must be a quick learner and we really need someone who can work 35-45 hours a week, someone who is on time, reliable, doesn’t take a lot of time off/get sick often, and someone who really loves food and customer service.
We offer a great deal of support and experience around you so while you are often working without assistance, you’re never really “alone”. I believe in work life balance, fair and reasonable pay, and am proud of how many long term employees we have and have had through the years. I only ask that anyone who applies; expects to be with us at least a year, has (and applies with) a solid resume of restaurant work, to want to make our food truck the best it can be while understanding that we’ve been successful thus far doing what we do, and how we do it.
