Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers, other employees and supervisors
One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
Familiar with industry best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Food handlers permit
Knowledge of Hawaiian and tropical ingredients is a plus.
