This position requires a strong dedication to brand knowledge and a personal commitment to quality customer service.
The Taproom and Delivery Associate assists both our taproom and our Direct to Consumer departments by educating, recommending, and serving 2 Towns Ciderhouse products to the public as well as delivering our products directly to bars, restaurants, and consumers' doorsteps. The ideal candidate is passionate about our products and provides excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
How will you know if you’re the right fit?

-You excel at learning new things and educating others
-You’re comfortable driving a company vehicle and maintaining communication with dispatchers
-You’re comfortable loading and unloading up to 165 pounds without assistance
-You have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings
-You’re at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Compensation
This is a non-exempt position with two different hourly rates based on the shift/position you are scheduled to work.
- DTC (direct-to-consumer) -
Starting wage: $16.00 / hr.
Scheduled hours per week: 2-3 shifts between Wednesday - Friday
- Taproom -
Starting wage: $14.20 / hr. + tips
Scheduled hours per week: 1 shift / 8-10 hour shift
There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts in each department and to work off-premise events as a Brand Ambassador for 2 Towns Ciderhouse.
