Role: Brand Ambassador
Event: Snack Brand – College Sporting Event
Overview: ATN Event Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading snack brand at a college track and field championship event in Eugene, OR. As part of our team you will be onsite to distribute free samples to attendees.
Rates: Estimated rate $600.00 ($22.00/hr)
Location: Eugene, OR
Dates:
Friday, May 16th: 11:30am - 9:30pm
Saturday, May 17th: 9:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday, May 18th: 10:30am - 5:00pm
Job duties will be one or more of the following:
- Distribute product samples to fans as they enter and exit the event area
- Engage with attendees and invite them to explore the on-site brand activation
- Encourage fans to take fun photos at the branded photo booth
- Promote participation in lawn games such as tic-tac-toe bag toss and Connect Four within the activation space
- Assist with set-up and break-down of event materials
- Monitor and replenish stock as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the event area
Requirements:
Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
Previous experience in hospitality, brand ambassadorship, customer service, or guest services is required
