Responsibilities:
Selling insurance policies and managing multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer service, retention and satisfaction is maintained. Personal Lines Quoting, and processing client or company requests. You will need basic office skills, computer navigation, Good Customer Service Skills. You will be answering phones, processing payments, problem solving.
Qualifications: Property & Casualty Licensed. Great Inter-personal communication skills, multi-tasking skills- team player, a minimum of one year office experience in the insurance field or as a CSR in an office setting. Good computer skills, positive attitude.
