This role involves working directly with our valued customers to address their needs, resolve basic concerns, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Position Highlights:
Pay: $17 - $20/hr based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (No nights, weekends, or holidays!)
Location: Work from the comfort of your home
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Resolve basic requests, schedule follow-ups, or transfer callers to the appropriate team
Assist in organizing and staying on top of appointments and correspondence
Occasionally suggest light upsell opportunities (this is NOT a sales position)
Escalate issues to senior account managers as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Retention experience is a plus but not mandatory
A positive, outgoing, and solutions-oriented attitude
The ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
