As a Facilitator and Coach, you will deliver cognitive behavioral and parenting skill building programs to adults in custody within a correctional institution setting. You will facilitate participants understanding of the program materials and development of pro-social skills and behavior; encourage and evaluate participant progress; and role model appropriate thinking, choices, and behavior. Your work is essential in supporting the mission of The Pathfinder Network.
Your time management skills, excellent communication, ability to work well under high-stress emotional experiences, high level of empathy, and ability to keep strong boundaries will enable you to excel in this position.
We have two positions available: at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution (EOCI) in Pendleton, OR and at the Snake River Correctional Institution (SRCI) in Ontario, OR.
