Responsibilities:
Supervise and work alongside the crew on-site, ensuring project timelines and safety protocols are met
Manage daily job site operations and enforce company policies, including lodging arrangements
Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Excel via an iPad
Upload job site progress photos, weekly reports, and receipts in a timely manner
Participate in weekly supervisor meetings to discuss project updates and improvements
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in construction, with crew leadership experience
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and iPad usage for documentation
Reliable & Flexible: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
Leadership Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
