Sales Representative – Reliable Staffing & Sourcing, LLC
Location: NW Oregon
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (DOE) + Team Commission & Bonuses After Evaluation
Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Reliable Staffing & Sourcing, LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to accelerate our business growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new leads, securing appointments with decision-makers, and promoting our comprehensive staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking events.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to introduce and discuss our staffing solutions.
Sales Presentations & Closings: Conduct independent sales meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and close new business.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion: Implement innovative sales strategies to secure new accounts and grow existing business.
Talent Promotion: Match top-tier job seekers with companies in need of skilled staffing, driving mutual growth and revenue.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or B2B sales is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building long-lasting relationships.
A self-motivated, goal-driven professional who can overcome objections and thrive in a competitive market.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
