Role Description
This is a full-time, Mon- Fri 8:30 - 5pm, in office, role for Leasing/ Admin position for local property management and real estate firm. You will be responsible for exceptional customer service, conducting property tours interior and exterior, assisting with lease administration, processing work orders, maintaining positive relationships with tenants, property owners and brokers, along with other various admin duties supporting property management and brokerage activities.
Qualifications
Skills in Property Management and Customer Service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills
Experience with Appfolio property management software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience in property management is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
