Seeking Assistant Maintenance Manager for multiple Corvallis apartment buildings and houses. Basic familiarity with Google Docs spreadsheet technology. Must be experienced in or willing to learn general maintenance, apartment turnover, painting and repair and to do quality work in a timely manner.
30-40 hours per week
Experience level: apprentice level
Must pass a background check.
Must have a truck for the position.
You must have good references, a clean driving record, no smoking, no drugs.
