Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks Online – Data Entry and Reports
General office duties including: assist in admin tasks; Excel; MS Word; general data entry; working knowledge of AR/AP;
knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures; generate reports; update database and process mailings; phones; filing; ability to
maintain confidential records; including other related tasks.
High School degree or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of related course study.
Minimum of 2 years office work experience.
Salary Negotiable and Dependent Upon Experience.
Part-Time to start. Could become Three-Quarter-Time.
