What You’ll Do:
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Schedule estimate appointments and manage the company calendar
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and other administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
Experience with Apple Pages, Numbers, and other Mac-based applications
Prior administrative experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Schedule & Pay:
Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Starting pay: $18/hour (DOE)
