University Housing & Dining Services is looking to fill a Trades Maintenance Worker 2 position.
This is a full-time, regular (12-month), classified position on the Corvallis campus.

Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to provide quality, courteous, and timely facilities maintenance services to all internal and external customers; to produce quality work at or above the industry standard; to perform skilled and semiskilled work in any of several trades such as carpentry, painting, plaster and building maintenance; and to provide safe, secure, and sanitary living & dining facilities for students and staff living in University owned facilities. This position will work in both occupied and unoccupied facilities. This position will communicate timelines and scopes of projects, as well as regularly scheduled work.

University Housing & Dining Services houses over 5,000 students and offers a variety of living and dining options in 15 residence halls, a limited number of student and family apartments, three dining centers, a market, catering, and 10-14 convenience and coffee shop locations across the Corvallis campus. Our primary focus is service to OSU students.
