Essential Job Functions:

Operates machinery to assemble and dismantle equipment, using hand tools, power tools or machinery.

Assembles and erects steel structures and equipment, using hand tools and hoisting equipment.

Dismantles machinery for repair or salvage, using torch, cutting torch and welding machine.

Performs welding operations on structural steel shapes and pipe plates, using cutting torch to shape metal parts for repairs or new construction projects.

Trims excess metal from newly welded joints with grinder to obtain correct measurement and angles on structural steel shapes with saws or shears.

Assembles and erects equipment, using hand tools and hoisting equipment.

Operates machinery, using automatic tools and operating devices.

Repairs or replaces defective electrical wiring, motors, compressors, pumps, or other electrical equipment.

Loads materials into or removes material from bulk storage facilities for use in pipeline repairs and construction projects.

Perform final checks on installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, replacing, refitting, and adjusting products as required to ensure products meet global quality standards.

Services vehicles/equipment to include oil changes, greasing, adding fluids, changing filters, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.

Troubleshoots and repairs electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, drive trains.

Perform outdoor duties as required, greasing, and servicing equipment in extreme weather conditions.

Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing all company associated equipment including aerial lifts, trailers, tools, tanks, generators, motors, in addition to diagnosing repairing, making adjustments, and replacing parts on trucks, and trailers.

Using sophisticated computer test equipment to diagnose vehicle problems, read and follow diagnostic procedures.

Travel to locations specified by clients to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance.

Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions to management.

Ability to perform physical tasks, like lifting heavy equipment or working in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain complex mechanical issues.

A problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel independently.
