Current Openings: 4 Positions
1. Weekday Swing Shifts Custodian: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm - 1:30 am (4-10 hour shifts with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off)
2. Day Shift Custodian: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Weekends off)
3. There are two (2) positions available for this shift.
Swing Shift Custodian: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday though Friday 6:00 pm to 1:30 am (Weekends off)

Position Summary:
As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll work with friendly and hard-working individuals who share your passion for delivering exceptional cleaning services. Your daily tasks will include:
- Washing windows and mirrors
- Trash and recycling duty
- Dusting inside and outside buildings, including offices and entrances
- Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming floors
- Using common cleaning appliances and tools
- Organizing the janitor closet
- Reporting maintenance repairs to management
- Checking off janitorial checklists at the end of each shift
- Locking doors and returning keys to guards
- Following safety rules and precautions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
-Driving a company car or your own vehicle (Your preference)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!)
- U.S. Citizen
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Successfully pass a criminal history background check
- Equipped with a cell phone
- Possession of a valid driver's license
