Responsibilities:
Assist in planting, pruning, and harvesting hazelnuts.
Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.).
Perform general farm tasks, including irrigation, pest control, and soil preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm equipment and work areas.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
Experience with farm machinery preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
Comfortable with physical labor and working in dusty or dirty environments.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license is a plus.
