Data Entry & Administrative Coordinator – $18/hr – Albany, OR
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Data Entry & Office Support professional for a busy manufacturing office in Albany, OR. This role involves high-volume data entry, administrative support, and frequent communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Albany, OR
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume data entry using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Dynamics GP/Cinch
Enter and reconcile manufacturing work orders and lot analyses
Create and print tags, process order entries, and assist with project/production management tasks
Take meeting notes for customer service, production, and safety meetings
Answer multi-line phone system and manage high email volume, including research before responding
Communicate with customer service, warehouse, sales, customers, vendors, growers, brokers, drivers, and management regarding orders, inventory, shipping, and payments
Audit sales information for accuracy and forward to customers
Handle accounts payable/receivable inquiries and transactions
Prepare shipping paperwork and packages (UPS, Mail, BOL, inventory transfers)
Maintain organized filing systems for accounts payable, sales orders, manufacturing activities, and inventory records
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong typing and 10-key skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and team-oriented attitude
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow verbal directions
Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working on a computer
