Construction/maintenance laborer wanted

Looking to hire a laborer to assist with day to day maintenance and construction/remodeling of my rental properties and new construction projects… do not need to have work experience in this field but a good work ethic and desire to come to work is a must… a drivers license is preferential. Typical work duties may be moving tools in to and out of the jobsite, packing materials, clean up, demo, some landscape maintenance, general whatever needs to get done work… this is a Monday thru Friday job with a very rare Saturday required
