Packager: The packaging operator is required to perform two functions: the bagging operation and the baler operation. The packaging operator must maintain the ability to perform both bagging and baler functions as determined by the Shift Leads. Operate machinery in a productive manner using the established safety guidelines and procedures. Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed. Move and wrap completed products, and you will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Positions are from 6pm-6:30am with a rotating schedule ($18).
Shift Supervisor: Is the Coach, Leader and Manager of the production crew. They are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of themselves and all other employees working on their shift. This includes always maintaining an organized and safe operating environment and driving the company Safety System at the crew level. 3-5 years leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. Direct wood pellet manufacturing experience preferred. Full time, Rotating days; 6pm-6am. The pay is $28-$31/hr.
