Benco is hiring for Direct Support Professionals. Benco has part-time set schedules. Must be willing to work weekends.
Qualifications:
-must be at least 18 years of age.
-must have a high school diploma or GED.
-must have a valid license and good driving record.
Wages and Raises:
Starting wage range: $18.00 - $22.08hr. DOE. Capped at $29.84/hr.
Benco gives a 3% wage increase at 6 months of employment, a 5% wage increase at 1 year of employment, a 3% wage increase at 1.5 years of employment, a 5% wage increase at 2 years of employment and a 6% wage increase annually thereafter as long as the employee has not reached the cap for that position.

Benco offers the opportunity to apply for the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) credentialing. The program offers to elevate the status of Direct Support Professionals by improving practice standards, promoting system reform, and advancing their knowledge, skills, and values. Furthermore, offering the control to increase your wages as you complete each credentialing program if you have not reached the CAP for that position.
