Compensation: Position pays a competitive wage that includes equal tip sharing. This position starts at $15/hour and includes an average of $15/hour in tip share for an average starting wage of $30/hour. ($25- $35 per hour depending on the season. Summer is the busiest and winter slowest)
Common Fields is looking for positive, hard working, and friendly new team members. We are specifically looking for applicants with kitchen experience! CF is a very fast paced work environment and applicants need to be able to work on their feet for long hours and stay on task. Basically we are very busy lol.
Open availability required however scheduling is flexible and time off is always approved aside from a few blocked out days for special big events.
Experience: Looking for at least 3-4 years of kitchen experience w/ references. Must have strong knife skills, be able to understand and execute recipes.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work on their own while staying on task. They will be able to work long shifts (8hrs) on their feet. looking for candidates who want to learn new skills while honing in existing skills. Who have the ability to find ways to improve upon the processes already in place and are able to think outside the box.
