Truck Driver
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Trucking Dispatch Manager, the driver will be based out of Prineville Oregon and responsible for transporting various loads to work sites, stores, or as specified, as well as keeping timely records.
Experience with the following:
End Dump
Flatbed
Van
Semi End Dump
Side Dump
Belly Dump
Transfer
Truck & Pup
Lowboy with multi- axle combinations
Duties include:
Transporting various loads, both intrastate and interstate.
Notify supervisor of equipment repairs needed.
Willingness to work and be flexible to different assignments.
Maintain log books and time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform assigned tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Maintain clean and safe working operations at all times.
Working with other members of the team in a professional manner to ensure we provide the best service possible to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years driving experience required.
Valid class A CDL drivers' license and clean driver's record.
Ability to pass and maintain a negative drug test.
Strong communication skills through visual, verbal and written techniques.
Solid organization and problem solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Willingness to work long hours including weekends.
