About the Role:
The Site Services Manager plays an integral role in facilitating a wide range of on-site construction support services that drive the success of our project(s). This individual acts as a key liaison between field operations and project leadership, ensuring the site is safe, organized, and operating at maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and project managers to coordinate daily activities, enforce safety and environmental compliance, and provide logistical and operational support throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Engineers to support and oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety across all site personnel; ensure compliance with OSHA and company-specific standards.
Monitor environmental practices including erosion control, waste management, and sustainable jobsite operations.
Provide regular site reports and updates to Superintendent, documenting progress, risks, and recommendations.
Support direction of project subcontractors; coordinate with trades to ensure work is performed per schedule and specification.
Manage and coordinate material deliveries; maintain organized and clearly marked laydown areas.
Able to be forklift certified.
Install basic building components and materials, such as flashings, safety handrails, etc.
Be familiar with handheld power tools.
Maintain a clean, well-organized jobsite including shared areas, pathways, and buildings under construction.
Participate in site-wide cleaning efforts alongside others as needed.
Represent ownership interests while on-site, ensuring professionalism and quality are upheld.
Identify and report hazards, issues, or delays that may impact construction timelines or staff safety.
Collaborate with project staff on planning, including milestone tracking, manpower allocation, and resource forecasting.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in site supervision, facilities coordination, or field construction support.
Solid understanding of construction jobsite protocols, materials handling, and safety procedures.
Familiarity with environmental compliance practices and documentation.
Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction documents is preferred.
Skilled in coordinating multiple subcontractors and vendors.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Able to prioritize tasks given.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
