With a growing customer base and increasing demand, we’re looking to add a skilled technician to our team.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented technician to assist with the installation and servicing of solar panels, batteries, inverters, and related electrical components. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, electrical experience, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and wire solar panels, batteries, inverters, charge controllers, and other components in RVs, vans, trailers, and boats
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
Follow wiring diagrams and ensure clean, professional installations
Assist with pre-install inspections, system testing, and post-install walkthroughs with customers
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shop environment
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Occasionally support the sales or design team with technical input
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RV, marine, automotive, or solar electrical systems
Basic knowledge of 12V/24V DC and 120V AC electrical systems
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Good physical condition; able to crawl, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Prior experience installing batteries, Victron Energy products or similar off-grid products
ABYC or RVIA training/certification is a plus
