Position: Construction Remodel Team Member
Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Construction Remodel Team Member to join our renovation team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a background in construction and/or remodeling, who thrives on transforming residential spaces to meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will bring experience in a range of construction skills, a commitment to craftsmanship, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset. Our weekly schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a variety of remodeling tasks including:
- Demolition and framing
- Tile installation and LVP flooring installation
- Finish carpentry and trim work
Perform detail-oriented finish tasks such as:
- Caulking, painting, and surface preparation
- Operate a wide range of hand and power tools with safety, confidence & precision
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site throughout all project phases
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure clear communication and deliver on design intent
- Identify and communicate project updates, issues, or material needs to supervisors in a timely manner and utilizing company CRM software.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in remodeling, renovation, or general construction is preferred
- Solid understanding of standard construction practices, tools, and materials is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and attention to fine details
- Willingness to learn new techniques and expand trade knowledge
- Professional demeanor with effective communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to job sites

Pay: $24.77 - $26.51 per hour
