Are you organized, reliable, and love working in the field? We’re looking for a Field Coordinator to support our real estate team with transaction tasks. You will be the eyes, ears, and hands in the field, ensuring properties are market-ready, buyers are well-supported, and transactions stay on track.
No real estate license is required—just a willingness to get one if the position evolves and there is a need.
Responsibilities:
✅ Property Visits & Inspections – Conduct pre-listing walkthroughs, verify property condition, and report any issues.
✅ Sign & Lockbox Placement – Install and remove real estate signs, lockboxes, and riders as needed.
✅ Staging Coordination – Assist with staging appointments and ensure the home is show-ready.
✅ Open House Prep & Support – Set up for open houses, place directional signs, and provide on-site assistance.
✅ Showing Coordination – only if you already have your Oregon Real Estate License.
✅ Final Walkthrough Assistance – Attend final walkthroughs and note any issues for resolution.
✅ Client Support – Meet vendors, appraisers, and inspectors at properties when the listing agent cannot be present.
✅ Delivering Documents & Keys – Drop off keys or necessary paperwork to clients or title companies.
✅ Property Condition Checks – Ensure homes remain secure and maintained during listing periods. - including snow removal, light landscaping, clean-up
✅ Inspection & Repair Coordination – Meet contractors and vendors for scheduled work on listings.
✅ Closing Day Assistance –ensure homes are cleaned out and pick up lockboxes/signs.
✅ Errand Running – Pick up signage, supplies, and anything else needed for field operations.
Requirements:
✅ No real estate license required (but must be willing to obtain if needed)
✅ Reliable transportation & ability to travel locally
✅ Strong organizational & customer service skills
✅ Ability to work independently & manage tasks efficiently
