Installation/Administration Assistant
Central Oregon HVAC Company is looking for a new Team member for an Installation Coordinator/Administrative Assistant position. Primary Job Function:
To manage the day to day scheduling operations, ensure that jobs are ready for installation. Company purchasing duties per the company’s purchasing procedures. Responsible for the creation of department job files, job costing, preparing jobs for billing and contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections. Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors and the office.

Organized
Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service and/or project management or Excellent verbal skills
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office programs
Professional phone skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Energetic personality
Well organized and ability to work independently
Working Conditions:
The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Overtime and work on weekends may be needed. The employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. At times this position may be required to lift over 25 lbs. The employee will be required to have the ability to stoop, kneel and handle objects for filing.
