We are searching for a qualified person to take ownership of our front office and provide support to our controller and other team members.

Our ideal candidate will:
Welcome clients, vendors and visitors with a friendly, positive approach and make them feel welcomed
Ensure phone calls are answered promptly and routed accurately and professionally
Maintain the office areas, keeping them clean, well-organized and supplied
Provide administrative support including photocopying, filing, creating sales orders, maintaining and inventorying samples
Be efficient, dependable and self-directed
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Oregon driver’s license and excellent driving record
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
