Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon (UUFCO) is a liberal religious community focused on finding meaning, celebrating life, and serving the spirit of love and justice in our world. Unlike many religions, we do not require adherents to profess a specific creed or set of beliefs.
The Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, connected, and spiritually vibrant congregational life. The Engagement Coordinator creates authentic relationships with visitors, members, and friends, and nurtures a culture of radical hospitality.
With warmth, empathy, and organizational skill, the coordinator helps us do the ongoing work of creating Beloved Community. Through our shared work, individuals explore and live out their spiritual lives while helping UUFCO fulfill its mission and vision.
The position is full-time with Sunday mornings required; flexible Monday-Friday hours. Occasional work from home is possible.
If you have a strong desire to create radical welcome, we would love to hear from you. Applicants should send their resume and a brief cover letter which mentions their favorite donut. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
