We are seeking an experienced MailChimp admin/email expert to oversee monthly campaigns for our employee benefits company. Each month, we conduct awareness campaigns targeted at our client’s employees, with the campaigns running for 14 days and involving approximately 10 standardized emails and texts.
Responsibilities of the admin will include:
Uploading the employee database
Duplicating email/SMS campaigns
Scheduling campaigns
Monitoring campaign launches
Providing engagement reporting
Periodically editing email/SMS messaging
This position requires a commitment of about 10-15 hours per week, with workload varying based on the number of businesses each month.
The chosen candidate will report to the Director of Business Clients and will be expected to communicate with her about three times per week for status updates or as needed.
This is a part-time, remote, contractor position.
