ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Axiom Wealth Strategies exists to empower individuals and their families to build ‘true wealth’ in the broadest definition of the term. We meet folks where they are and listen, with a desire to hear them. We work with many young families, widows/widowers, and those planning for retirement. We are fee-only and exclusively work as a fiduciary to our clients. We are team based and believe that in all things Christ ought to be preeminent.

Ideal candidate would be someone coming back into the workforce after raising kids.

Overview:

Axiom Wealth Strategies was founded in 2021 by Neal Richards because of the rapid growth of his practice at a small independent RIA firm.

o Axiom is Small and nimble with four employees. We provide planning services (MoneyGuide) and asset management through LPL Financial.

o Our core values are Curiosity, Courage, Truthfulness, and living in a way that embraces the idea that “wealth is in wisdom,” alone.

Axiom is expected to continue to grow rapidly, which will require the implementation of new technologies and services quickly. The goal is to be a trusted and valuable resource to our neighbors, our community, and to humanity at large.

Assist Neal and Kem to meet the various needs of clients and the firm.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this roll are diverse.

o Using our CRM system, workflow tasks are assigned. Tasks include simple items like address changes, to more complex tasks like onboarding a new client.

o Calling on existing clients for their annual/quarterly review and following up on prospective client’s inquiry’s.

o Prepare for scheduled review meetings and log notes.

o Organizing client appreciation events and gifts.

Qualifications:

Desired Skills:

o Experience with Redtail CRM, LPL Clientworks, Morningstar Advisor Workstation. (Experience with these tools a plus but not necessary).

o Basic MS Office knowledge.

o Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

o Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

o Works well independently.

Compensation:

Compensation dependent on experience and qualifications. 25-40/hour

Full or Part time position for the right candidate.
