Pioneer Control Grips is seeking a motivated Workshop Technician to join our team. If you’re eager to learn and have a positive attitude, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
Use hand tools, machinery and computer programs to manufacture aircraft grips (training provided).
Tasks include:
Cutting with saws.
Sanding (by machine and hand).
Drilling, finishing, and soldering.
3D printing.
Powder coating.
Laser engraving.
General shop cleaning and organization
Other duties as assigned.
Position Details:
Hours: 20–25 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
Flexible schedule between 7 AM–3 PM.
Pay: Starts at $18/hour
The Ideal Candidate:
Eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Comfortable using technology. (iPhone and Windows)
Can follow safety protocols.
Works well independently or in small groups.
Comfortable with detailed, hands-on work (e.g., sanding).
Has strong organizational skills.
