Looking for a female caregiver to provide care for my mother in her home in Redmond.
My mother is in her mid 60s and is completely disable with MS.
Knowledge of how to use a hoyer lift is a plus.
Job would be Wednesdays 8 AM to 5 PM
Saturdays and Sundays (these can be either 8 AM to 5 PM shift OR split for a 8 AM to 11 AM and then a 3 PM to 5 PM shift)
Duties Typically Include
Getting patient out of bed
Change patient's adult diapers
Get patient ready for the day (get her dressed, hair brushed, teeth brushed, etc.)
Feed patient breakfast, lunch and dinner.
She usually watches a lot of TV or likes to be pushed around the neighborhood in her wheelchair so there is some down time in the day.
Get patient ready for bed.
Patient has a mobility van and every once in a while needs to be driven to places on Wednesday. She does attend church on Saturday mornings and this can either be worked out with you or she can be taken by a member of her church (thus the split shift)
There is a large, overly friendly dog in the home but you will not need to take care of the dog.
Pay starting at $16/$17 an hour DOE. We use a local payroll company in Redmond and have direct deposit.
