Responsibilities of the server:
Provide the most friendlyhigh-quality service to all our guests
Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties as assigned
Check restaurant before, after, and during shift for cleanliness
Be knowledgeable of all menu items
Know any daily features and specials the restaurant is offering
Check the food presentation before taking it to the guest. We have to make sure it's correct and hot the first time
Help wash dishes throughout the shift if it's a slow time and it's needed
Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork
Responsible for the making of deserts and salads
Any other reasonable duties required
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Pay includes a base salary of 15.05hrwhich is paid out bi-weekly. Cash tips are kept by the server at night and credit tips go on the paycheck.
Hours for the restaurant are 1130am until 7pm. Shifts are from 11am until we finish cleaning after closing, usually around 8pm.
Reduced Cost Housing and and a shift meals areincluded in your compensation package.
If you have a RV or Van, we have some employee sites as well, but those are 100 dollars a month to stay in. That includes water, electric and sewer.
Coin laundry is available onsite
A car is highlyrecommended. We are about 25 minutes from the nearest town
Full season availability is a mustat this time, late May through the mid September.
