Mimi’s Bagel Deli is hiring!
We’re looking for a reliable, quick-moving line cook to join our food truck crew.
Pay:
$17–$20/hr (based on experience)
Plus $5–$8/hr in tips on average
Schedule:
Thursday–Sunday
6:00 AM – 12:30/2:00 PM (end time varies depending on the day)
About the Job:
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working inside our food truck, where we make hot, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches and serve up fresh, East Coast-style bagels.
Responsibilities include:
Making hot breakfast sandwiches to order
Staging bagels and wrapping sandwiches for orders
Keeping your station stocked and clean throughout the shift
Letting the shift lead know if any items are running low
Working efficiently in a high-energy team environment
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or food truck experience preferred
Comfortable working in a tight space under pressure
Positive attitude and team player mindset
