Position: Line Cook
As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality food and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer preferences
-Ensure proper food temperatures and attractive presentation
-Maintain a clean, organized workstation following all health & safety guidelines
-Stock and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste
-Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient service
-Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
-Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed
-Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chef
Requirements
-Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role
-Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
-Effective communication and teamwork skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
