JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Cook I is the magic behind our exceptional dining experiences, wielding impressive culinary skills and a keen eye for maintaining top-notch food quality and kitchen safety standards. With each dish crafted to perfection, this role plays a vital part in creating a dining experience that leaves our guests craving for more.
DETAILS:
Pays $22.00/ hour
Schedule: MUST be able to work weekends
Days off: Wednesday/ Thursday
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A resident of Central Oregon
- Must have Food Handlers Card
DUTIES:
-Culinary Skills: Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
-Attention to Detail: Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas at all times.
-Time Management: Complete necessary food and station preparations efficiently to ensure prompt service during operating hours.
-Communication Skills: Convey information and ideas clearly, and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
-Problem-Solving: Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to address kitchen challenges.
- Physical Stamina & Ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20–50 lbs.)
