We specialize in outstanding food, great service, refreshments, and fun atmosphere. Applicants are required to have a minimal 4+ year previous experience in cooking and willing to pitch in with food prep and dishwashing. Candidates must have reliable transportation, professional, clean, work well with others, punctual, trustworthy and reliable.
Essential skills:
Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays as needed.
Communication skills are imperative.
Be able to work in a stressful and often hectic cooking environment.
Basic knife skills.
Work with minimal supervision.
Being punctual, accountable, and staying busy.
Taking pride in what we do and how we present ourselves.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform job duties and cleaning and related duties.
Applicants must hold a current Food Handlers card.
Able to perform tasks with accuracy, consistency, and speed.
A willingness to pitch in and help where needed.
Drug and alcohol free while working.
