Position: Breakfast cook for our Casual dining Trailhead Restaurant

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to the highest standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests start their day with a delightful and satisfying breakfast experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of breakfast items, including eggs and other morning specialties.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure fresh ingredients are always available.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new breakfast menu items and specials.
Handle guest requests and dietary requirements with attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ensure timely and efficient service during breakfast hours.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Food Handlers card needed
