Partner with the Suterra leadership team to develop and execute against an HR strategy that continues to foster our high-performing, team-based cultureBuild resilient processes to attract, retain and develop top talent in a variety of functions across multiple geographiesProvide coaching, training, and guidance to key functional and regional heads to support their growth as people leadersSupport critical culture-building efforts such as global communication channels, mentoring programs and external people branding initiativesCreate reporting structures and metrics to manage and monitor the progress of key HR initiatives and core processes, such as our performance management systemEnsure training and procedures are in place for compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
